5683 Returns

We’ve all been there, and no big deal we have you covered! While we cannot accept returns on any item after 18 days, we do have a few options should you be within the allotted timeframe. Please see below for Brand 5683 procedures and solutions.

Please note that all returns are to be processed via email at returns@brand5683.com. Please note products must not be visibly worn, laundered, or damaged upon delivery to our warehouse.

 

Incorrect Size

It happens! If you have received the incorrect size, please contact us at returns@brand5683.com within 5 days of receiving your order to inform us of the issue, and initiate the exchange process.

In the event that the wrong size has been ordered or shipped, we will gladly exchange the product for the correct size.

*Please note that returns must be received within 18 days from delivery to qualify for an exchange. Please note products must not be visibly worn, laundered, or damaged upon delivery to our warehouse.

 

Incorrect Item Received

We make mistakes too. Please forgive us if you have received the incorrect item. If you have received the incorrect item, please contact us at returns@brand5683.com within 5 days of receiving your order to inform us of the issue, and initiate the exchange process.

In the event that the wrong item has been shipped, we will gladly exchange the product for the correct item, or provide an equal value credit once item has been received at our warehouse.

Damaged Merchandise

We truly hope you never find yourself in this scenario! While we do our best to manage quality control, things do slip under the radar. If you have received a damaged item, please contact us immediately (no more than 48 hours from delivery) at returns@brand5683.com to inform us of the issue, and initiate the exchange process.

We cannot accept returns on any damaged item after 10 days.

Return Shipping Costs

While we do our absolute best to avoid returns, things do happen. In the event that you are seeking an exchange for the incorrect size, shipping the product back to our warehouse will remain your responsibility as the customer. Brand 5683 is only liable to cover the complete costs in exchanging incorrect or damaged orders.
